Bahan dan Bumbu Biryani rice Chicken

  1. Kamu perlu 2 cups dari beras basmati (cup ricecooker).
  2. Siapkan 1 ekor (1 kg) dari ayam.
  3. Siapkan 1/5 bh dari jeruk lemon (peras airnya).
  4. Siapkan dari Air 1 liter / secukupnya.
  5. Kamu perlu 1 bh dari bawang bombay besar (potong kecil).
  6. Kamu perlu 5 sdm dari yoghurt.
  7. Kamu perlu 5 sdm dari saus tomat (saya pakai pasta 2sdm +saus 2sdm).
  8. Kamu perlu secukupnya dari Minyak.
  9. Kamu perlu dari Tomat Cherry secukupnya (selera).
  10. Siapkan dari Bumbu.
  11. Siapkan 1 sdm dari bubuk kari.
  12. Siapkan 1/4 sdt dari bubuk garam masala (bumbu rempah).
  13. Kamu perlu 1/4 sdt dari bubuk ketumbar.
  14. Siapkan 1/2 sdt dari bubuk kayu manis.
  15. Kamu perlu 1 sdm dari bubuk paprika.
  16. Kamu perlu 1 sdm dari bubuk cabe (optional/selera).
  17. Siapkan 1/2 sdt dari biji jinten.
  18. Kamu perlu 1 bh dari bunga Lawang ukuran besar.
  19. Kamu perlu 5-6 bh dari cengkeh.
  20. Siapkan dari Garam,gula pasir,penyedap secukupnya/selera.

  4. Masak beras dengan air sisaan masakan ayam aduk rata masak sampai mendidih dan mulai matang beras bisa diangkat bisa dengan menanak atau di diamkan dengan api kecil sampai matang..
